I never did a TBR for April, so I thought it’d be fun do do one for mid-April to mid-May. Then, of course, I realized there’s only a week left of April and we’re way past a mid-month TBR so this will just be for the near future, actual time not quite determined. Anyway, let’s get into it, shall we? Continue reading “Near future TBR”
So over the last 6 days I’ve been reading the Grisha trilogy by Leigh Bardugo. The SoC duology is one of my all time favorites, and although I tried to keep down my expectations for this one, it wasn’t easy. (I feel like I’ve been over this a million times.) Anyway, I wasn’t blown away, but after being quite disappointed after Shadow and Bone, I ended up coming from my reading marathon quite pleased. I’ll go into further detail in a bit. If you haven’t read the Grisha trilogy but are planning on doing so, now would be the time to run. This is about to get spoilery real quick. Okay, let’s get into it!

I haven’t posted all week despite actually having quite a lot of spare time. I’ve been taking a mental break from, well, everything and not done much at all. Instagram, school, blog, you name it. But, since it’s now spring break, that’s about to change. (I just wish I didn’t have to apply that to school work too.) I haven’t really thought of anything to post so I thought I’d just do a little update on all things bookish in my life right now through a past, present, future kind of post. I suppose this could be a tag if you think this is a good idea. Actually, yes, let’s do the tag thing. All you have to do is link back to me so I can read yours too, and write a little something about the book you finished most recently, the book you’re currently reading and the book you’re planning to read next. Maybe tag some friends if you want to. Without further ado, let’s get into it!
At long last, I’ve finished this review. (I’ve been working on it for a month.) You can read it in either Swedish or English under the cut. Hope you’ll like it, and that you decide to pick this book up, because it needs to be read. Huge thank you to Harper Collins Nordic for sending me this book for review!
