Mid-Year Book Freak Out Tag 2017

We’re already halfway through 2017 so here’s a little reading update from me in the form of the MID-YEAR BOOK FREAK OUT TAG. So far I’ve read 29 out of the 52 books I sat as my reading goal  so I’m a few books ahead of schedule. Feels good.tor16 023.JPG

1. Best book you’ve read so far in 2017.
Six of Crows and Crooked Kingdom. I mean, Crooked Kingdom was a little bit better but it’s the whole experience.

Diversity Spotlight Thursday #2 | girls who likes girls

Diversity Spotlight Thursday is a weekly meme hosted by Aimal @ Bookshelves & Paperbacks you can find the original post and the rules here. What you have to do is basically just answer the 3 questions below. Today I’m doing the Diversity Spotlight with focus on girls who likes girls. (Also, I’m very aware this is a day late, but in my ddefense I wrote it last night, I just didn’t have the opportunity to post until now.) Anyhow, let’s get into it!mån 027

Bookish “past-present-future” tag

I haven’t posted all week despite actually having quite a lot of spare time. I’ve been taking a mental break from, well, everything and not done much at all. Instagram, school, blog, you name it. But, since it’s now spring break, that’s about to change. (I just wish I didn’t have to apply that to school work too.) I haven’t really thought of anything to post so I thought I’d just do a little update on all things bookish in my life right now through a past, present, future kind of post. I suppose this could be a tag if you think this is a good idea. Actually, yes, let’s do the tag thing. All you have to do is link back to me so I can read yours too, and write a little something about the book you finished most recently, the book you’re currently reading and the book you’re planning to read next. Maybe tag some friends if you want to. Without further ado, let’s get into it!Read More »
